MULTI-UNIT DEVELOPMENT IN ASHWOOD

Here is one of three units we designed on a generous corner site in Ashwood. The sloping nature of the site allowed the opportunity to create split 3 level dwelling on the back dwelling. Open planned living, dining, kitchen areas are generously proportioned for comfortable living. North facing living areas provide abundant natural light year round, which is accentuated by large sliding doors onto private courtyards and outdoor dining areas. Corner window details on the façade provide additional light into the second living space. This was a highly successful project with all 3 dwellings commanding well above average sale figures, cementing this as a very worthwhile first project for the client.
