FRENCH PROVINCIAL DUPLEXES - MOUNT WAVERLEY

This is another of our duplex developments, currently under assessment by the council. With the unique situation of a significantly sloping site, this allowed the opportunity for a basement on the right hand unit. Taking full advantage of this, a third level of living was included, providing a home theatre, rumpus room and wine cellar, making this an overall exceptional lifestyle and home in the area.
